In Mexico, "cajeta" can be used to mean "nougat."
Generally, in the a large part of the
Spanish-speaking world, however, it's slang for
well just say its an anatomical expression.

likely a former marketing manager somewhere at
Hersheys sweeping up and dumping trash cans or
perhaps more likely he or she is now not at
Hersheys at all
