PROGRAM OBJECTIVESWORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

• Provide avenues for nuclear careers that at
  present do not exist in universities
• Accessibility of the program by all type of
  professionals and two year college graduates
• Pre and post employment certification on five
  major nuclear technical and management areas
• Indoctrination on the high nuclear standard work
  culture (HS, EP, NS, Security, GWPs)
• Development of labor pools through training and
  co-op programs for all industry members
