2165.43 Rating Privileges
- Senior rating as of August 31, 1970
- May exchange rating for facility rating at same
ATC tower - If not exchanged, exercise privileges of senior
rating until he makes the exchange - Junior rating as of August 31, 1970
- May not control aircraft until meeting applicable
parts of 65.37 - May control traffic under supervision of operator
with senior rating, or facility rating
2265.45 Performance of Duties
- Perform duties with limitations of certificate
- Safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of air
