65.11 Application and Issue

• When applying for certificate

  different control tower for at least 6 months
  before applying for rating

• Senior rating as of August 31, 1970
• May exchange rating for facility rating at same
  ATC tower
• If not exchanged, exercise privileges of senior
  rating until he makes the exchange
• Junior rating as of August 31, 1970
• May not control aircraft until meeting applicable
  parts of 65.37
• May control traffic under supervision of operator
  with senior rating, or facility rating

65.45 Performance of Duties

• Perform duties with limitations of certificate
