• Uniform for all sessions
• Introduction knowledge test 8 questions (5 min)
• Lecture Introduction to the problem (review of
  the guideline) 20 min
• epidemiology, etiology,clinical symptoms
  diagnoses, management
• Facilitated discussion (30 min)
• Clinical and social importance of the
  hypothyroidism
• Need of a general screening of TSH
• Management of subclinical hypothyroidism
• Repetition of the knowledge test results (10
  min)
• Case management of two model cases (20 min)
  using the voting systém
• Conclussion and handouts one page take home
  message, full guideline version in print ( 5 min)
