KFC is bringing back Colonel Sanders

Fried chicken fans, rejoice. The Colonel is back.
KFC is resurrecting Colonel Sanders for its
latest ad campaign. The real Harland Sanders, who
created the chain's famous secret recipe, died in
1980. But KFC owner Yum! Brands has a series of
new commercials featuring Darrell Hammond -- most
famous for "Saturday Night Live" -- playing
Sanders. A video appeared on YouTube Tuesday with
Hammond, dressed as Sanders, giving "The State of
Kentucky Fried Chicken Address." The new TV spots
will start airing on Memorial Day -- May 25, and
are part of an attempt by KFC to change its
image. KFC is also remodeling its stores'
interiors and exteriors and will roll out several
new products, such as Kentucky baked beans,
Finger Lickin' Good Sauce and lemonade from Dole.
But will this nod to the past attract
millennials, a demographic that all fast food
chains are desperately trying to reach?

• Disney World is looking to crack down on guests
  who use selfie sticks on rides at the park. The
  Orlando Sentinel reports a spokesman said Monday
  guests can bring selfie sticks on the rides but
  must securely store them. Disney policy forbids
  visitors from using the sticks, which can be used
  to extend cameras out up to 3 feet. One ride,
  Thunder Mountain, has had a number of incidents
  in which the ride had to be stopped because of
  selfie-stick use. On Friday, Disney World workers
  posted a "No Selfie Sticks" sign at the Magic
  Kingdom's Thunder Mountain Railroad.
• Police in Sarasota, Florida, have arrested a man
  they say broke into a home, then fell asleep on
  the couch. The Bradenton Herald reports
  29-year-old Timothy Bontrager was arrested
  Saturday morning. Police say the resident woke up
  and found Bontrager sleeping on her living room
  couch. When she asked Bontrager what he was doing
  in her house, he apologized and left after she
  told him she was calling police. Officials say
  the resident told them Bontrager entered through
  an unlocked sliding glass door in the back of the
  house. The resident then noticed her wallet,
  driver's license, credit and debit cards as well
  as checks were missing from the table in the
  living room. Bontrager was arrested a short time
  later. It's unclear if he has a lawyer.
