CardiorespiratoryEndurance
  • Ability to perform aerobic exercises for a
    prolonged period of time (Powers, Dodd,
    Jackson, 2011, p.52).

Muscular Strength
  • Ability of a muscle to generate maximal force
    (Powers, Dodd, Jackson, 2011, p.96).
  • Amount of weight one can lift during one maximal
    effort (Powers, Dodd, Jackson, 2011, p.96).

  • Ability to generate force over and over again

  • Allows a joint to go through its full range of
    motion.
  • It allows us to bend, twist, and reach without

Craniosacral Therapy
  • It takes a whole-person approach to healing and
    the inter-connections of mind, body and spirit
    are deeply acknowledged (Biodynamic, 2003). .

Energetic Healing
  • Is an umbrella term for any therapy that
    manipulates the energy circuits in our physical
    or subtle bodies to regain balance and facilitate
    our bodys innate healing mechanisms (Healing,
    2003).

Lymphatic Drainage
  • Is a profound technique that increases lymph
    flow (Real, 2009).
  • It increases immune function by stimulating the
    production of lymphocytes and removing harmful
    substances from body tissues and neutralizing
    them in the nodes (Real, 2009).

Sound Therapy
  • Holistic approach to healing the physical,
    mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the
    person enabling the individual to return to a
    state of harmony and balance through the use of
    sound frequencies (Sound, 2008).

Color Therapy
  • Non-invasive and powerful therapy that utilizes
    the light of varying wavelengths as energy to
    produce a healing effect (Colour, 2011).

Therapeutic Touch
  • It does not involve actual physical contact and
    utilizes the hands to direct human energy for
    healing purposes (American, 2008).
