Data Notebooks

• The notebooks provide the teacher and student
  information about the learning happening in the
  classroom.
• Data notebooks help students keep track of their
  learning.
• The data notebook is a collection of graphs and
  rubrics showing the student's level of knowledge
  in a particular area.

Data Notebooks

• These graphs allow students and teachers to
  determine areas still needing work. It may also
  show a trend in a student's work.
• Each student is responsible for filling out his
  or her own graphs in the notebooks.
• These data notebooks are also shared with
  parents by the teacher and student to show
  progress or trends in student academics.
