• No systems are fully matured in rapidly
  progressing developmental stage
• With rapid technological innovations the need for
  CPE is universally accepted

• CPE keep pace with new knowledge

• Help professionals recognize the ethical choices
• Help professionals recognize and be able to
  collaborate
