- The operator is obliged to take all measures
necessary to prevent major accidents and to limit
their consequences for man and the environment - The operator is required to prove to the
Authorities at any time, that he has taken all
the measures necessary as specified in this
Directive. - Compile and submit to the Authorities
notification or/and safety studies - Update all above mentioned Studies
- Supports Authorities for the drawing up of the
external emergency plan of the establishment - CONTINUOUS UPDATE OF THE DATA BASE www.e-per.gr
