THE ORATECT TEST DEVICE

• A single step saliva collection and test device

SIMPLE AND QUICK TO USE

• Remove cap from collection end
• Place in mouth and move side to side and above
  and under tongue
• Takes 1 to 2 minutes to collect saliva
• Adequate collection when you see the saliva flow
  in the test window

READING THE ORATECT ORAL FLUID DRUG TEST RESULTS

• The test takes about five minutes to develop
• A red line indicates a negative result for each
  drug class
• No line indicates a presumptive positive for a
  drug class

TESTS FOR IMPAIRMENT LEVELS OF MANY DRUGS OF ABUSE

• Marijuana tests for THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol)
  at 40 ng/ml and will be positive for 3 to 6 hours
  after the smoking of a marijuana cigarette
• This is the same time frame that the National
  Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA)
  states that someone will be under the behavioral
  and physiological effects from using marijuana
• Oratect will be a presumptive positive after
  recent use (impairment) but not previous use (8
  hours or more after use)

• Detects 6-acetylmorphine from heroin
• Detects narcotic pain medicines codeine,

• Oral fluid (saliva) is produced from blood by the
  salivary glands
