New Building Restrictions

• Following the 1995 slide there were new building
  restrictions for the entire La Conchita area
• Developer must sign an Acknowledgement of
  Geologic Hazard Area

• No new buildings of any kind (commercial,
  industrial, or residential) can be built without
  a geotechnical report from a licensed
  geotechnical firm
• Report will be reviewed by the Division of
  Building and Safety
