• Award is for 15 to 24 months (includes a 3-month
  practical internship)
• Requires at least three years combined paid or
  unpaid relevant work experience and bachelors
  degree

• 3-month program for those with 5 years relevant
  work experience and current full-time employment
  in a mid- to upper-level position
