• You are now a graphic designer
• You job is to create an advertisement for a
  product.
• The advertisement must be 10 inches wide by 7.5
  inches tall

Use Photoshop to Create an Advertisement

• You advertisement must have
• At least 5 layers
• One for a background (10x7.5)
• One for the product
• One where you alter colors or change part of the
  image to black and white (create a new fill or
  adjustment layer)
• One to add text and add a layer style (fx) to the
  text.
• One using something from the Filter Gallery
  (inserted as a smart filter)

Rules

• Product must be acceptable for your age and for
  school (no alcohol, no tobacco, no sexual
  products, no racy ads, etc).
• Ad must be completed by the end of class on
  Wednesday May 29th
• You will show me the ad on the screen and explain
  the layers

  options

• Do a google search for advertisement
  backgrounds or pick a setting (e.g. road
  background, moon background)
• Image sites

• Find a picture that is big enough!
