003 - Water Fountain Procedure

• Students may use the water fountain, one at a
  time, with teachers permission.
• Raise hand at your seat for permission.
• If someone is already at the fountain, you must
  wait until they sit down.
• Say nothing to anyone on the way there or back.
  (Getting a drink is not a social occasion.)
