Project overview

• Put redesigned Web site in production that better
  reflects the mission of the NYNJTC and assists in
  connecting people with nature through hiking.
• Initial focus on hike database and park
  descriptions.

Current Plan

• Has been shifting a little every status meeting
• Need to step back and define goal for initial
  implementation
• Current assumption Hikes database is target for
  initial go-live site
• Need agreement on how to link with existing site
  and make it happen then build plan to do it
• Follow with longer term plan to add other
  capabilities
