• Tea- one of the largest tea producers in the
  world
• Ceylon tea- served everywhere
• Rice Currry
• Todon- special alcohol
• from palm tree sap

• Pittu (fresh rice meal mixed with grated coconut,
  steamed in bamboo mould).

• Wheat flatbread
• Spicy vegetarian sauce
