    employee on gs2finacle project, before he enters
    his office on Fridays, in the morning (each
    Friday).
  • BB and the head of his software development team
    iterate on the above, during the day, on Fridays
  • Final text completed before the end of the day,
    on Fridays
  • Head of the S/D team makes sure that his
    employees get the final text (for their tasks,
    during the week to follow) before end of the day
    Friday.
  • The employees should be given a one-hour time
    slot on the beginning of the day Monday, to
    supply feedback.
