  • And whoever has a desire to be first among you,

  • Here is the secret to great leadership.
    Leadership is not about rulership. It is about
    serving others. And in giving to others you will
    never lack for any good thing in your life.

  • A servant leader has the motivation to listen
    actively to subordinates and support them in
    decision identification.

    appreciation for their personal development.

    their problems and conflicts in relationships,
    because he wants to encourage and support the
