CHARACTERIZATION
Antagonist

• Protagonist The main character, usually hero of
  the story, who is faced with a conflict.
• Antagonist The character or force that creates
  conflict for the protagonist.
• Foil A character who provides a contrast
  (opposite) to the protagonist.
