Fuller wanted to improve society

• I sought to discover what a little, unknown,
  moneyless, creditless individual with dependents
  could do effectively on behalf of all humanity
  that inherently could never be done by any
  nations or capital enterprise
• It seems perfectly clear that when there is
  enough to go around man will not fight any more
  than he now fights for air. When man is
  successful in doing so much more with so much
  less he can take care of everybody at a higher
  standard.
