- Do your assignments on time.
- Read and take notes on assignments BEFORE they

- OBJECTIVE TESTS--multiple choice, true-false,
matching, fill-in. - SUBJECTIVE TESTS--short answer, essay.
- PERFORMANCE TESTS--hands-on, project.

- A HEALTHFUL DIET--low in refined sugar, high in
protein, fruits, and veggies. - ADEQUATE SLEEP--most people need seven to nine
hours per night. - REGULAR EXERCISE--walking, taking opportunities
to move around. - REGULAR HEALTH CARE VISITS--to your physician and
eye doctor.
