2Your Challenge
- You will be divided into groups, lead by a
PBI/PBNL MT member, and will be asked to discuss
a strategic theme and its impact for our
clients, colleagues and business. - You will be provided with guiding questions to
help facilitate the discussion. - When your group feels that everyone has a
thorough understanding of the strategic theme, we
will ask you to discuss what the impact will be
on your behaviours as leaders and how this
translates to the Groups leadership
competencies. - You will not be asked to present back to the
entire group, but your group leader will instead
share a summary of the discussion after the
Leadership Conference.

strategic theme? - What can we do as leaders to make this successful

7Next Steps
- Your group leader (MT member) will create a
summary of your discussion to share in the next
PBI or PBNL MT meeting. - After the MT meeting, your group leader will
share the summary with you as well as the outcome
and next steps of the discussion with the MT.
