What IS weather, anyway?

  • 1) Meteorology is the study of the atmosphere-
    including weather. Meteorologist, then, are
    scientists that study Earths atmosphere and
    weather
  • 2) Weather is the condition of the atmosphere. It
    can change from time to time and place to place.
  • 3) Climate is the type of weather an area has
    over a long period of time.
  • 4) The Atmosphere is the thin layer of gases that
    surrounds our planet
