  NOAA missions and interagency efforts at risk
  without adequate HPC resources. These are
  NextGen related aviation weather, fire weather,
  hurricane forecast improvement, climate
  prediction, storm surge, coastal and ocean
  prediction, observing system analysis.
• DESCRIPTION OF IT ADJUSTMENT Enhancement of all
  aspects of HPC Environmental Security
  Architecture detailed in HPC Strategic Plan for
  FY2010-2015 to support critical gaps in
  environmental modeling computing capability.
