• Each person on this crew is very important to me.
  They all help me throughout the year whether
  they are mentors, give me ideas to incorporate
  into my classroom, or give me guideance to be a
  better teacher.

• My state just adopted the JumpStart curriculum.
  This might cause issuses with my administration
  and me over different directions our program
  needs to take. This could be a good opportunity
  to bring them to my crew by showing them the
  importance of our program and our fit in this
  new program.
