TEAM MEMBERS
  • Coach (2) Will make sure each teammate is
    engaged, has an assignment and involved by
    calling/emailing and keeping communication
    ongoing.
  • Assistant Coach Submit project article to
    school newspaper and
  • write press release to local newspaper.
  • Team Trainer (2) Works closely with teammates
    answering questions, scheduling meetings with
    organizations to assist teammates in gathering
    data and research.
  • Team Reporter (3) Prepare project presentation
    which can be power point, video or in format of
    you teams choice.
  • Timer (1)-- Keeps attendance and time sheets,
    alerts team members to meetings and deadlines.
    Works closely with Coaches.
  • Teammates Members work together and assume
    project responsibility so your team wins! Team
    members will be responsible to write and submit
    information to Team Reporters.

  • December 1 Topic Selection Team Assignments
  • December 15 1st team meeting held
  • December 15-31 Meet with agencies to gather
    information
  • and hold team member meetings
  • January Report Update at 20/20 Meeting
  • January 15 Submit written draft of project
  • January 20- 30 Submit project article to your
    school newsletter
  • February 1-7 Team meeting to review
    presentation
  • April Gold, Silver Bronze Medal Winners
    Announced at 20/20 Meeting
  • March April Presentations to students and to
    Board of Education and selected audiences
  • May Medal Presentations at Honoring Ceremony

WHAT IF?
  • Teams need to decide what to do when
  • A teammate doesnt do their job or attend
    meetings
  • If no one on your team knows how to design power
    point or video presentations.
