the quiz as it relates to your upcoming
existential essay. While you may use any
materials with you, you may not share them with
anyone else in class. You may answer the
questions in any order, just make sure theyre
appropriately numbered.

Questions 1 through 5 (of 10)

• Looking over your Types of Leads notes, what
  type of reflective lead do you want to use to
  begin your essay and hook your audiences
  attention?
• After reading your thesis statement, write a
  reflection of three to four sentences that ties
  into your thesis and relates to your lead.
• In four or five sentences, summarize
  existentialism, its major writers, and its common
  themes.
• In three to four sentences write a summary for
  The Stranger and, if part of your topic, The
  Truman Show as they relates to your thesis
  statement.
• Write your complete, revised thesis statement.

  your thesis, rewrite it using different words.
• In three to four sentences, evaluate events in
  The Stranger and, if part of your topic, The
  Truman Show, that relate to your thesis.
• In three to four sentences, explain how the
  concepts and ideas in The Stranger relates to
  your thesis and apply it to peoples lives in
  general.
• Write a simile or metaphor that compares
  something in The Stranger to something else that
  helps the reader understand what you proved
  in your thesis.
• Write an original title for your upcoming essay,
  one that would hook a readers attention, relates
  to The Stranger and what you proved regarding it.
