  • Pull together your a) resume, b) transcript(s)
  • c) training certificates (make copies to
    submit).
  • Complete the eligibility application for
    certification testing.
  • Submit the completed package (1 2 above) and
    pay the eligibility evaluation fee.
  • Upon approval determine the method of testing
    (Testing Center or Chapter proctored location).
    Pay the appropriate fee and set testing date and
    test.

  • D - Degree waiver will be considered with 10
    years of contract management/administration
    experience.
  • Provide proper documentation to the NCMA HQ
    certificate administrator.
  • Business related degree training any business
    or contract classes over the basic 4 year degree
    is eligible for 15 Continuing Professional
    Education (CPE) credits per semester hour. A 3
    credits semester class will earn 45 CPEs (3X15
    45).
  • Note 5 quarter credits are equal to 4 semester
    hours.
