• Select a rhythm instrument as a signal to move
• Select a second instrument as a signal to freeze
• Select 2 shape words from the list, e.g.
• ANGULAR and HORIZONTAL
• On the move signal, move with angular shapes
• On the freeze signal, freeze in a horizontal
  shape.
• Repeat the exercise using a new set of words.
• Ask half of the group to watch while the other
  half moves and then switch.
