• Throw, head, catch in small groups
• Include a target/goal

• Heading into the Goal
• 1 attacker 4 servers all with a ball at
  different places around goal area
• Servers throw ball in and try to head into the
  goal
• Swap attacker/GK every 4 throws
• If age-appropriate servers can kick

• Handball with Headers
• Throw and catch ball to goal. Throw into goal for
  1 point, headed goal from own hands 2 points
  and headed goal from other player serve 5
  points
• Offside applies

• Game with Feet
• 3 vs. 3 GKs and two servers for each team on
  either side of pitch
• Play a game and try to work ball to servers. They
  can pick up and throw ball or kick it back in. 3
  points if scoring with a volley, 5 if with a
  header.
• Rotate servers/GKs
