• 2 of total (cumulative) premium paid on a
  MassMutual disability income policy is used as a
  credit towards first year MassMutual LTCi premium
• includes waiver of premium
• includes policy fee

LTC Credit Endorsement

• Endorsement to be included on all Radius 04
  Series, MaxElect, RetireGuard Standalone,
  FlexElect Multi-life (issued after 11-1-04) and
  FlexElect Individual (issued after 11-1-04)
  policies
• Part of base policy (i.e. like Right to Apply
  Provision)
• Will not be available for in force business
• For Producer Use Only. Not For Use with The
  Public.

LTC Credit Endorsement Guidelines

• Dont have to surrender DI policy to use credits
• Can only be used once on one LTCi policy (if
  credits exceed LTCi premium, remainder of credits
  are forfeited)
• Available on all occupation classes, all benefit
  periods and waiting periods, issued to age 64
• Have one year from when the individual disability
  insurance (IDI)policy expires to use credits (IDI
  policy must be in force for at least 1 year)
• For Producer Use Only. Not For Use with The
  Public.

LTC Credit Endorsement - Marketing

• Allows healthy insureds to purchase LTCi at a
  reduced first year premium with the opportunity
  to get preferred rates
• Can combine policy credits (i.e. Radius and
  RetireGuard Standalone)
• Can be used by insured or insureds immediate
  family (spouse, parents, spouses parents,
  children)
• LTC Producers will receive commission on full LTC
  premium, not a reduced premium due to the
  application of the credits.
• Report on illustration system showing how credits
  will accumulate
• For Producer Use Only. Not For Use with The
  Public.
