newly developed areas. It is not the intention to
promote historical reproductions of any
existing architectural style or building type.
Developers and designers are free to explore new
ideas, forms and materials. Designers and
developers take time to understand the patterns
inherent in the existing architectural character
and design new structures that relate to the
existing context
