• Poor spoken English after many years study .for
  the lack of language environment .
• Lots of efforts but low improvement.
• Exam-oriented education take up too much time
  and energy.

• To be a learned teacher .read as many books as I
  can,especially the classic masterpieces.
• Form a good habit of reading.spare myself an hour
  to read everyday. ?improve myself ?face my
  students naturally and confidently.
