Each Inline Waste Collection Kit comes with the
following parts

The cap and attached check valve screw to the top
of your waste container. The check valve keeps
vapors contained while also preventing the
container from over pressurizing. 1/8 inch hard
walled tubing can be inserted through the ports
in the top of the cap. Use a supplied tubing
adaptor to connect tubing that is not 1/8 inch
hard walled.

This port does not penetrate through the cap.
Cap with attached check valve
The cap has 3 ports for connecting tubing. NOTE
One of ports in the top of the cap does not
penetrate through the cap.

Tubing Adapters
The kit comes with several different sizes of
tubing adapters. Tubing connects to one end of
the adapter, while the other end plugs into the
cap.

Luer Plugs
Luer plugs are use to plug unused ports in the
cap.
8Installing 1/8 inch hard walled tubing
Insert 1/8 inch hard walled tubing through the
top of the cap.
9Installing NON 1/8 inch hard walled tubing
Select a tubing adapter of proper size and insert
the tubing onto the barb end of the adapter.
Then insert the tubing adapter into an unused
port on the top of the cap.
10Installing Luer Plugs
Instert Luer Plugs in all unused ports.
11Attaching to a Waste Container
Twist the cap clockwise to attached to your waste
container. Label your container with a
Hazardous Waste label prior to use. Keep the
waste container in secondary containment to
contain spills.
