Integrating with GIS

• MultiVision includes extensions that enable you
  to connect to ArcGIS and integrate with the GIS
  database
• While working in ArcGIS, users can select an
  image/feature or object.
• Activating the MultiVision button in ArcGIS opens
  the MultiVision screen, which then appears on top
  of the ArcGIS screen.
• The Multivision screen displays the 4 best
  obliques of the selected image.

Installing MultiVision Extensions for ArcGIS

• Before you try to connect to ArcGIS, make sure
  that you have installed the relevant ArcGIS
  extensions
• To install the MultiVision extension for ArcGIS
• In the MultiVision installation CD, open to the
  appropriate folder for your version of ArcGIS.
• Double-click Setup.exe and following the
  instructions that appear on screen.

Starting MultiVision from ArcGIS

• In ArcGIS, make sure that the MultiVision
  toolbar is selected
• Go to ViewgtToolbar and select MultiVision
• Go to Toolsgt extensionsgt check MultiVision
  toolbar

Focus MultiVision on Center of Map

Pan to the next selected feature

MultiVision Measurement Toolbar

• The MultiVision measurement toolbar appears when
  working with ArcGIS
• It contains the same tools that you use in
  MultiVision when performing measurements and 3D
  Modeling
• NOTE You can only use the tools in the
  MultiVision toolbar on oblique images

Synchronizing MultiVision Obliques with ArcGIS
Images

• In ArcGIS, use ArcGIS tools to find the location
  you want.
• In the ArcGIS MultiVision toolbar, click Focus
  MultiVision on Center of Map.

ArcGIS Example of Street Name

• While in ArcGIS, you can view data about a
  selected feature or object such as a street name,
  parcel, building id etc.

• In the MultiVision toolbar, click Focus
  MultiVision on Center of Map.
• MultiVision opens over ArcGIS, displaying the
  appropriate obliques.
