First, put on safety goggles and lab apron. Tie
back long hair and check your shirt sleeves.
Second, light alcohol burner with match.
Third, remove test tube from rack and hold test
tube with test tube clamp.
Finally, when heating test tube, hold with
clamp, place bottom of test tube over flame, and
point the opening away from your face.
