Note We attempt to contact past employers,
colleges professional organizations. As per
standard operating procedure, maximum of 5
attempts shall be made to contact the concerned
references/authorities who provide the details.
The same would be recorded as Unable to Verify
if response is delayed beyond indicated TAT.
Clients can further request Crystal Fact for one
additional attempt to verify an unverified
component.
12- Payment Terms For Recruitment Services
(Permanent Contractual) - Permanent Staffing
- Executive Search Selection
- 8.33 of annual gross salary.
- Turnkey Bulk Requirements (more than 50
requirements) - Cost of Ad with prior approval from client.
- 7 of annual gross salary of all selected
candidates. - Contractual Staffing Pricing available upon
request - All payments to be made by Cheque or D.D. in
favor of Crystal Fact payable at Ahmedabad
within 10 days of the joining of the candidate
with your Organization. Crystal Fact will levy 2
monthly interest on any invoices unpaid beyond 30
days. - Replacements
- We also agree to replace a candidate free of cost
within forty five days, in case of a candidate
leaving within two months of joining. (will
include resignation or termination for any
cause).
