It answers the question, What was the earnings
increase after three years of employment for
participants?

The Definition
- Three year wage gain The difference in hourly
average wages, thirteen quarters after the
quarter of or quarter after completing services.
The selection criteria for the three year wage
gain report include two subsets.
1) Participants who completed services and got a
job within six months of completing services,
and
2) Participants who worked during the quarter of
completing services, or the quarter after
completing services, and three years later.
