pineapple, drained Really Good!

Pineapple Jello turned soupy!

• YOUR Job (groups of 3 -4) is to design and carry
  out a lab to determine why the jello turned
  soupy!
• You must have Quantitative data to support your
  conclusions
• You must know and report WHY you got the results
  you gotthink enzymes You might need to use your
  cell phone to research the topic!
• You will present your experiment and findings in
  a poster! This poster will be presented in a
  gallery walk!
• Poster should include the question, hypothesis,
  how you conducted the experiment, data collected
  (table), conclusions concerning your results and
  how is this lab related to enzymes.
• It might be a good idea to include pictures of
  your set up and/or results
• You have ONLY today to complete this lab!
