Purpose Run / Timing
FULL OVAL 8 STATION Players work in pairs and
take the ball from one end of the ground to the
other working through the centre corridor running
inside and changing the angle of direction. As a
variation one or all of the centre groups can be
contesting in the air to create a crumb situation
