Preparation

• 1. Peel the eggs very carefully.
• 2. Wash them under cold water and dry them well

• 3. Chop the eggs into small pieces. Put the
  chopped eggs into a bowl.

• 4. Wash the spring onions. Cut off the green
  part.

• 5. Chop the sausage into small pieces.

• 6.Chop the cheese.

• 7. The sausage add to the eggs, spring onions ,
  cheese and the mayonnaise. Add some salt.

• 8. Mix the eggs, sausage, spring onions, cheese,
  mayonnaise and salt

• 9. Take off the pan cake.
