It is important that we look after our heart and
be healthy.
The nurse can do this by taking your blood
pressure using a special machine

If your blood pressure is high. You might have

• A headache

• feel dizzy

• blurry eye sight

• Feel or be sick

• Have a pain in your chest

If your blood pressure is high
You will need to go and see your doctor. He can
tell you about

• medicine that can help

• exercise that can help

• healthy food to eat

If you do not go to see your Doctor you might
have problems like this

• Heart attack or heart problems

• Stroke

• Kidney problems
