Event Highlights

• Have the Activity Stations open as children
  arrive
• Gather everyone together and play three or four
  worship songs, or more.
• You can choose to either act the story of Esther
  out or play a video clip or movie
• After the Bible Presentation open the Activity
  Stations again and add a snack table until pick
  up.

Fun Activity Stations

• Nail Salon- Girls can have their nails done and
  decorate them with glitter stickers
• Hair Salon- Girls can get their hair done with
  pretty ribbons, barrettes, and glitter gel
• Craft Station- lay out all different kinds of
  crafts, feather hair clips, beads for jewelry
  making, paper crowns, coloring pages (of the
  story of Esther- http//www.coloring.ws/esther.htm
  ), home made lip gloss, homemade oatmeal bath or
  salts, decorated candles, or flower crafts, any
  girlie glittery pretty craft will do, have fun
  with it they sure will!
• Photo Booth- lay out props for some fun crazy
  photo opportunities, girls love to take and have
  their photo take with friends. Add hats,
  scarves, dresses (any size), costume jewelry and
  high heels. The wackier the better!

Worship Ideas

• Provide flags or scarves for the children to
  worship with
• Do some songs with actions, this sometimes helps
  the children be more involved and not only watch
  but participate in the worship
• Search youtube for some themed worship songs

• Points to Stress- True Beauty is on the Inside,
  be sure to take time to address Esthers
  character, brave and wise.
• Creative Altar Call after the Bible Presentation
  provide star shaped cut outs for each child. Also
  place a large cross up front. Explain that the
  name Esther means star, she was a savior to her
  people, but Jesus is the Savior of the World. If
  they would like to ask Jesus to be their Savior
  they can bring their stars to the altar and
  attach them to the cross. If they need Jesus to
  help them be bold or strong they can come forward
  as well.
