Mission CG, USARC, hosts the USAR Commanders
Conference from 14-16 Sep 15 in Alexandria, VA,
in order to provide updates on critical Army
Reserve issues and to facilitate dialogue with
senior Army Reserve leaders. Intent The USAR
Commanders Conference offers a unique
opportunity for the Command Teams (Commanders,
CSMs, CCWOs, CXOs, and Senior Volunteer Advisors)
to discuss important command and component issues
affecting the Army Reserve and our great Army.
My intent is that our Senior Leadership come
prepared to be engaged and to engage others. We
will have a lot to cover as near term decisions
will have a lasting impact on our Army. I need
your input together we will help the Army
Reserve get to the next level in service to our
Nation. End State AR senior leaders understand
our strategic and operational priorities, and are
prepared to execute those priorities in order to
lead our formations through an era of declining
resources. We must remain postured to support
the Army and the nation as required with manned
and ready units.
