• To Enhance dignified income and employment
  options for ST families (trust on women sensitive
  livelihood) from X to Y BY 2020 through
  facilitated actions and convergence.

  Employment in their own settings, Number of days
  of migration and persons migrating, Sources of
  additional income, Type and number of assets
  (farm and household), Resource enhancement in
  tribal region, Livelihood risk mitigation,
  Diversified income options, self employment and

To enhance and optimize potential of forest resource to benefit ST families To focus on additional income through value addition / supply chain innovations to NTFPs Village level resource mapping in cluster approach and Livelihood document To form and strengthen community based groups for aggregation , value addition and marketing ( commodity specific end to end actions ) Procedural simplifications Skill Training for Scientific Harvesting ( Lac/ Tasar, Honey, Gum, Bamboo, wild Fruits ) Arrangement of finance for groups Post harvest storage/processing facilities /work sheds Training /capacity building ,technical hand holding, linkages and partnerships Actions around management of CFRAs , Strengthening of water bodies for fisheries MSPs /TDCs etc Fodder promotion, fodder banks , fodder seed production etc Wild life tourism involving youths, Eco-tourism innovative actions around forest fringed villages for STs

To enhance and optimize and diversify income for ST families through non farm sectors Skill mapping demand supply gaps- Migration skills Revival and up gradation of traditional skills ( Handicrafts , design inputs, innovative marketing , branding efforts ) Livelihood profiling/ Micro planning village wise/ region wise Special focus on permissible work in ST areas resulting in to livelihood gains Migration Geographic Pockets Identification, studying migration patterns, education during migration Skill building , linkages and partnerships with skill imparting agencies IEC material preparation in local languages/ its dissemination Maximum man days of Labour for STs under NREGS Collective Actions, thrust on skill training institutions which are accessible to villagers Business Incubators idea promotion ITI, Link with fair trade organizations Dovetail with bamboo and other missions Dovetail with art and culture festivals , CSR Funds appeals and private partnership
