LABOR DEPARTMENT, 48 REQUIRE AT LEAST A COLLEGE
DEGREE. - WE JUST HAVE TO SAY TO OUR FELLOW CITIZENS, GET
A SKILL, AN EDUCATION, LEARN A SECOND LANGUAGE.
