If it doesnt say Originator Level 1 Level 2
or LT Member here, you need to change user type.
  • Originator
  • Level 1
  • Level 2
  • LT Member

1. Click on the User Type you want to be.

To Post a Position
Click on Begin New Action

You are creating a brand new position or are
posting a part-time position that is not listed
in PATH.
You are replacing an employee and making changes
to the job description.
You are making changes to the job description and
the current employee is STAYING in the position.
You are replacing an employee and making no
changes to the job description.
Click on START ACTION

Fill in the name of the person who will sign
timesheet (for hourly) or approve vacation (for
salary)
6-digit code for designated payroll account
Move the arrow to Replacement
Employees Phone number (Info needed for Payroll)
Is this a Grant Position?
Name of employee who is being replaced
Name of Grant?
Salary range or hourly rate

Pull down arrow to correct schedule type
Where will the new employees office be?
What do you want applicant to include with the
application?
  1. Anything special the applicant needs to know
    Unusual hours, unusual working conditions
  2. Hidden Posting Note to Employment Services
    (Include name of employee for whom posting is
    intended)

All positions are posted on Collin College
website and Texas Workforce Commission. Check if
you want it posted somewhere else, too.
