What does the globalisation of solidarity
imply? - The rebuilding of adult educations
mission is necessary - The effort to make the
worlds global governance more transparent,
easier to monitor and govern - We have to fight
to regain the dominance of the UNESCOs
wholesome view of education - The role of adult
education and lifelong learning within UNESCO
has to be approved as especially important -
Adult learning and lifelong learning have to be
given more emphases in European Social Fund
programmes and integral parts of the European
Neighbourhood Policy
