• Description The project is to prove technical
  concepts for innovative, self-expanding
  sand-control screen technology and deploy a
  prototype section of the screen in a
  demonstration well.
• Status Currently, the development is in the
  manufacturing and laboratory testing stages
• Accomplishments A fully detailed,
  three-dimensional field prototype design model
  was completed.
• Benefits Use of simplified, higher-flow
  sandscreens result in more thorough well cleanup
  and reduced costs due to fewer needed well
  interventions.
