• 3 Slides to a page
• 6 Slides to a page
• Etc

1. Open the desired power point
2. Select File, then Print

3. The Print prompt will open
4. Using your mouse, select the drop down under
Print what

5. The drop down will appear select Handouts

6. Once you have selected Handouts the Handouts
Slides per page will be available for selection
7. Select the number of slides to print per page
(2,3,4,6,9)

8. Select OK
